ROLLS ROYCE GIVES RECOGNITION TO CBE+ FOR EXCEPTIONAL CONTRIBUTION TO VENTILATOR CHALLENGE UK

In April CBE+ undertook the challenge to machine critical components for the ventilators in an extremely short timeframe to support the UK NHS throughout the COVID 19 pandemic. All areas of the business put time, effort and dedication into ensuring the job was done well and on time. Rolls Royce were a member of the VentilatorChallengeUK consortium and depended on SMEs like CBE+ to produce thousands of parts for the unexpected orders.

Working on the ventilator order, which was new to us and required rapid turnaround has highlighted the amount of work we would do in the medical, and other sectors if we put our mind to it.
