CBE+ is proud to highlight the success of one of our talented employees, Dylan Davenport. Dylan recently completed his apprenticeship and has taken on the role of Assembly Operator.
During his six-year apprenticeship, Dylan achieved both a Level 3 in Mechanical Manufacture and an HNC in the same subject. His dedication and hard work have been instrumental in his career progression.
In an interview with our Marketing team, Dylan shared his experiences and the benefits of the apprenticeship route. He explained that his role involves coordinating the assembly team, communicating with customers, and ensuring that products are produced to the highest client’s stringent quality standards. Dylan also highlighted the importance of in-house testing and traceability in the assembly process.
As Assembly Lead, Dylan oversees a variety of services, including Assembly and Pressure Testing. He emphasised the value of offering a comprehensive supply chain, which can save customers time and money and more importantly compresses lead time and reduces risk.
Dylan expressed his gratitude for the opportunities provided by CBE+. He initially considered A-Levels but found that a more hands-on approach was a better fit. His apprenticeship allowed him to gain practical experience and knowledge, which has been invaluable in his career.
Dylan’s story is a testament to the potential of apprenticeships and the dedication of individuals who strive for excellence. We are excited to see Dylan continue to grow and contribute to the success of CBE+.
